Road Crak Seal is a self-adhesive, cold applied, high tack bituminous tape. It has a quick release film on one side and is available in roll form. Road Crack Seal tape is used for surface sealing of open cracks (up to 5mm width) on asphalt and concrete pavements and can be used as a pretreatment before being overlayed.
This effectively seals the existing pavement from ingress of water and retards any further reflective cracking that may occur to the new road surface. This provides a greater durability and lifespan to the repaired road.
